“Porcupine Tracks”
| Strolling through the wintry countryside outside of Penticton, I encountered a Porcupine feeding on the seeds of these sparse weeds. Of course being surprised by my presence it escaped, but not before I had taken a photograph of it. After its departure I became aware of the intriguing design of the coming and going tracks it had left, which compelled me to take this photograph. The title I gave this photograph is often questioned, but I can prove its veracity with another photograph of the same scene including the wild porcupine. | |
