“Portrait of 'Bobbie'”
| Roberta, a local native from just south of the border, came to me in 1970 for a graduation portrait - a happy, bubbly teenager. After our regular session in Western clothes, the mother asked if I could take an additional Portrait in her Native Regalia. To my surprise a completely different person in demeanor and mood appeared in front of my camera and this regal portrait was the result. The "Portrait of 'Bobbie'" is also available in Colour, which brings out the beauty of the native regalia. | |
